Studio Policies

- No open flame.
- No smoking or drugs are permitted.
- Be courteous of those using the studio before and after your session.
- We share our building with another business. Please keep all volume at a respectful level during work hours.
- Guests must handle all furniture and equipment with care and return items to their original location.
- Failure to do so may result in a charge to the card on file.
- We are happy to host micro events with up to 15–20 guests.
- If any of these policies are violated during your shoot, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or cancel current or future photo shoots.
FAQ
Studio Rental – Photographers Only
Studio rental is available to professional photographers only.
Only solid color backdrops are included. Studio sets are not available for rental.
No assistance, teaching, or troubleshooting is provided.
Video lights and spotlight are not for renter use.
Photographer Responsibilities (for rentals)
Photographers must return all props, furniture, and equipment exactly as found.
The changing room and shooting area must be cleaned before departure.
Failure to clean or reset the studio will result in penalty fees.
The studio must be treated as if it were the photographer’s own.
Available Props
Bench, stools, apple box, cream couch, black chair, and spotlight.
Props are photographer‑controlled unless otherwise stated.
Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling
All sessions require a $100 retainer to secure your date and time. Retainers are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
If you need to reschedule for any reason, including personal emergencies, illness, weather, or scheduling conflicts, an additional $100 retainer is required to rebook. Retainers do not roll over.
Please be absolutely sure of your date and time before booking, as date changes block potential clients and affect business operations.
Running Late / No‑Shows
Late arrivals do not extend session time.
If additional time is available, it may be added for $60 and must be paid before shooting resumes.
If no additional time is available, the session will end at the scheduled time.
No‑shows and same‑day cancellations result in loss of all payments.
Studio Guest Policy
A maximum of two guests are allowed during sessions.
Guests must remain respectful, avoid touching props, and stay out of the photographer’s way unless directed.
Studio Cleanliness & Care
Clients are expected to leave the studio as it was found.
Failure to clean up personal items, trash, or debris will result in a $60 cleaning fee.
Prohibited Items & Activities
Plastic confetti, pets, weed, cigarettes, vapes, food (mini cakes permitted), and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Child Safety Policy
Children must be supervised at all times.
Running, jumping, climbing, or disturbing sets or props will result in immediate session termination without refund.
Client Control Damage & Liability
Any photographer who breaks, damages, or misuses studio equipment, furniture, props, fixtures, or backdrops is fully responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Failure to resolve damages may result in legal enforcement under the laws of the State of Mississippi and/or Tennessee.
